Wellbeing Hub on Teams

Check out the Wellbeing Hub on Microsoft Teams where you can find information and resources with a focus on supporting your mind and body health and wellbeing.

The hub includes a 'Safe Space 'channel where Trained Mental Health First Aiders will be available to speak to staff in confidence, but please note that this is not a counselling service but will give you the opportunity to have a safe chat.
