Wellbeing Hub on Teams

HWL Team have developed a wellbeing hub on teams where you can find information and resources with a focus on supporting your mental health and wellbeing. Within the hub there is access to Trained Mental Health First Aiders who are staff that are available to speak to in confidence, but please note these are not counsellors.
